What's the difference between in stock, preorder, and personalized?

In stock is already printed — it ships right away. Preorder needs time on the print queue; the exact time is listed on each product. Personalized pieces get printed from your photo or details, so they take about as long as preorder.

How does the deposit work?

Some orders need a deposit before we start printing — the amount shows up at checkout. The deposit is always paid by bank transfer, even if you chose cash on delivery for the rest.

How can I pay?

Two ways: cash on delivery, or bank transfer. For bank transfer, you upload a photo of your receipt and we confirm it by hand.

Where can I track my order?

Go to Track order and enter your order number with the email or phone you used to order.
